Meet Our Executive Board


Moises Numa
Moises is a member of the SVMP Class of 2009. He currently works for the Analysis Group. Previously, Moises worked for PwC, Goldman Sachs and Deloitte. He actively volunteers with the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting. Interesting fact: Played varsity tennis at Babson College. A native of Cartagena, Colombia, Moises graduated with a BS in Business Management (Accounting and Finance concentration) and Masters of Science in Accounting from Babson College.
Victor Chen
Victor is a member of SVMP Class of 2011. He leads a number of strategic projects on alumni engagement, corporate relations, and strategic planning. He is pursuing his MBA at Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern) as a Posse Foundation Scholar for Leadership and Academic Merit. Prior to Kellogg, Victor was part of BlackRock’s Business Finance team responsible for strategic planning, corporate finance, and management reporting efforts for the firm’s internal software development organization.
Maroo Ghil
Maroo is a member of the SVMP Class of 2011. He is currently an Advisory Staff at Ernst & Young in Atlanta, GA. Previously, Maroo worked for General Electric and Mansfield Oil Company. In his spare time, he actively volunteers for the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) Atlanta and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program. Interesting fact: Maroo cannot leave without non-iron (wrinkle-free) shirts! Originally from Seoul, Korea; Maroo graduated from the University of Georgia with BBA in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, and International Business.

Naisha Silva
Naisha is a member of the SVMP Class of 2011. She currently works as a Senior Consultant at IBM in Washington D.C. Interesting fact: As a Haitian-American, she has a high degree of enthusiasm for addressing social inequality, economic sustainability and extreme poverty issues around the world. Naisha became involved in the SVMP AA to collaborate with fellow SVMPers, and to contribute to the development of the Alumni Association.


Lori Manning
Lori is a member of the SVMP Class of 2001. She recently started and runs Analytics Nest, a data and business consulting firm in New York, NY. Previously, Lori worked in Corporate America for IBM and Merrill Lynch. Interesting fact: Lori is entrepreneurial by nature and has founded multiple companies since starting college. A native of Brooklyn, Lori graduated with a BS in Information Systems and BS in Marketing from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Currently Lori’s interests lay in big data and she is working on cultivating that interest.
Cydni Williams
Cydni is a member of the SVMP Class of 2012 and an Account Strategist at Google. A native of New York City, she received her B.S. in Marketing and B.A. in Graphic Design at SUNY-Oswego. She enjoys working with the SVMP AA because it allows her to foster connections between alumni.
Michael Crawford
Michael is a member of the SVMP class of 2008. He currently works as an Account Manager at Rodale Inc in New York City. Born and raised in Florida, Michael graduated from the University of Miami where he studied media and economics. His previous involvement in the SVMP AA has included serving as a Regional Recruiting Director as well as organizing and leading alumni events in the Greater New York Area. Through the SVMP AA, Michael has enjoyed building connections with his fellow alumni and having an impact on the recruitment of outstanding candidates for the program.
Jhonna Jimenez

Jhonna is a member of the SVMP Class of 2010. She is currently an accountant at MFA Financial Inc and previously worked at PwC and E&Y. Jhonna is an active volunteer at Summer Search through their mentorship program and a member of their Young Leadership Committee. She is also heavily involved with the New York chapter of ALPFA.  Jhonna graduated from Bentley University in Waltham, MA with a bachelors of Science in Corporate Finance & Accounting and a Masters in Accountancy.

Alyssa Chen
Alyssa is a member of the SVMP Class of 2012. She is a Business Associate at Visa, Inc. Alyssa was born and raised in Colorado, where she attended the University of Denver. She moved out to San Francisco 1.5 years ago and joined Visa Inc.’s New Graduate Rotational Program, where she worked in Corporate Marketing,in Client Consulting, in Global Government Relations, and now in Pricing Strategy.
Aleksey Chernobelskiy
Aleksey is a member of the SVMP class of 2010. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a quadruple major in 2012. Upon graduation, he joined a hedge fund in Israel as an Investment Analyst.

Evan Huddleson

Evan is SVMP Alumn 2011. He is an Entrepreneur and Founding Member of “HaloDrop” – a business that develops life saving drones, focusing on business development, operations, and product innovation. He volunteers for Team Rubicon. Evan graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a B.A in Philosophy, Political Science and Pre-Law.
